Your book and photos

You can save and restore a local JSON backup containing recipe text, memories and original card photos. Keep family material private. Importing restores the draft only; payment access is verified separately.

Your recipe photos and text are resized, saved, and turned into PDFs in your browser. The draft is stored in this browser’s IndexedDB. We do not upload recipe photos or text to RecipeFold, Stripe, Google Analytics, or any AI provider. Clear this site’s browser data to remove the draft from a shared device. Browser storage may be cleared by your device or browser, so keep copies of your originals and downloaded PDFs.

If you choose to extract text, the reader runs on your device. Its software and Polish language files are downloaded from a content delivery network, but your photo and recognized text are not sent there. The editable text draft is stored with your book in this browser.

Payment and access

Stripe handles payment. A checkout session ID is saved in this browser’s local storage to verify access to paid downloads. Our hosting provider may process routine request and security logs.

Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics measures public page visits and editor starts, previews, checkout starts, verified purchases and file downloads. No recipe text, photos, or book title are included. You can change your choice using the analytics settings control.
